If you decide that your Pronunciation Club purchase was not the right investment for you or your business, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It would be great if you could let us know what didn’t work for you with your purchase so that we can look at improving our processes as we move forwards.
Two small notes about our refund policy:
1. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. All refunds are discretionary. For example: if you complete the entire course, watch all of our training and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our lenient refund policy is designed to give people a chance to see if our content/or training are a good fit for their learning style and/or business. Stealing the material is not covered in this policy.
